第六十六条 煽动、策划非法集会、游行、示威，不听劝阻的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留。
对场所进行检查的，经县级以上人民政府公安机关负责人批准，使用检查证检查；对确有必要立即进行检查的，人民警察经出示人民警察证，可以当场检查，并应当全程同步录音录像。检查公民住所应当出示县级以上人民政府公安机关开具的检查证。
